An 84-year-old man presents with pruritic, generalized, erythematous and crusted hyperkeratotic dermatitis. The patient's history is remarkable for laryngeal cancer, chronic obstructive lung disease, chronic renal insufficiency, and long-term prednisone therapy for possible bullous pemphigoid.
